Founded during the global pandemic, Innovate P3 was formed to address the continuing challenges in public-private partnerships (P3s). Starting during a period of unprecedented change, we have been agile in adapting to new ways of working with clients and team members around the country, leveraging technology, and responding to the shifting needs of our professional and client communities.
Since focusing initially on public-private partnerships, Innovate P3’s services have expanded rapidly to fill a variety of client needs in strategic project planning, management, and oversight for many types of capital development initiatives in the public and private sectors. Driven by a commitment to excellence and innovation, we plan to develop and integrate new software tools into our broadening scope of services to meet better the demands of a diverse range of sectors.
Looking towards the future, Innovate P3 is focused on measured growth and further distinguishing itself in the consulting and technology industries. We will be building a team of skilled professionals who share our vision for transformative and sustainable solutions and who have strong communication, engagement, and logical reasoning skills. We also will forge new partnerships that align with our core values and contribute to our dynamic, collaborative environment.

People
Jeff Bandini founded Innovate P3 to help project leaders manage challenges in advancing complex initiatives with small teams and limited experience and resources.
Jeff graduated from UNC at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts, Law Degree, and Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning with a concentration in land use and transportation planning. He practiced law in the public and private sectors for over 25 years before starting Innovate P3. Jeff has specialized experience in public policy and governance, public-private partnerships, procurement, and real estate and infrastructure development.
He also served as Associate Vice Chancellor for Real Estate & Development at North Carolina State University. There, he spearheaded the development of Centennial Campus and managed the university’s extensive real estate portfolio, collaborating closely with academic colleges, affiliates, and community leaders on innovative public-private solutions.
Jeff is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and a dedicated runner, completing the Marine Corps Marathon twelve times and raising money for the Semper Fi Fund.
